Product Notes

Bisol Belstar Cuvee Rose Sparkling wine is an exquisite creation of Bisol, a renowned winery located in Veneto, Italy. It is an extraordinary blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, which are grown sustainably on the rolling hills of Valdobbiadene. The wine appears in a delightful pinkish hue, and its aroma is a fusion of fruity and floral scents. On the palate, the wine offers a refreshing balance of acidity and sweetness, with hints of ripe strawberries and cherries. The effervescence of tiny bubbles gives it a velvety texture, and the finish is crisp, clean, and effervescent. This wine is perfect for romantic dinners, celebrations, or casual get-togethers.

About the Winery

Bisol

When a wine brand has been in the business for over five centuries and 21 generations, it is bound to be one of the most trusted wine brands in the world. We are talking about the Italian wine brand of Bisol. The Bisol family’s history can be traced back to as early as the 16th century. This was the time when the first generation of this family started growing their vines in the Cartizze hillside of the Prosecco country.

The vineyards of Bisol Wines are spread across the sprawling and magical terroris of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. The rocky slopes of these vines are so complex that cultivation and harvesting of the grapes can be done only by hand here. Ever wondered why Bisol is the home for the Prosecco Superior Wines? It is because every few kilometres of these terroirs contain different types of soil climates, which aids the cultivation of high quality of grapes.

It is no wonder that the process of vine cultivation is known as heroic viticulture in these terroirs. Due to the risky slopes, it takes at least 10 times more effort to cultivate and harvest the grapes here than it is required on the plains. Another feature that ensures that the grapes grown here are ripe and full-bodied is the climate that prevails here. The microclimate, with its constant winds and sunny climate, ensures that this place is the perfect place for the Glera grape varietal.

The cellars of the Bisol winery are designed in such a way that the temperature setting is controlled at a range between 10 and 15 degrees Celsius. These cellars are perfectly equipped with storing historical bottles for over centuries now.  If you want to taste wines that are perfect representations of history and culture, you have to drink a Bisol wine to experience the heroic cultivation behind it.
