Product Notes

Lyme Bay Pinot Noir Rosé is a delicate and crisp wine that offers a refreshing taste experience. This English wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes that are grown in the sunny hills of the south of England. The wine is carefully crafted to bring out the best flavors of the grapes. The result is a stunningly beautiful rosé that exudes fruity and floral aromas. On the palate, this elegant wine boasts notes of strawberries, summer fruits, and a touch of cranberry. Its acidity is properly balanced, providing a refreshing finish that lingers on the tongue. Lyme Bay Pinot Noir Rosé is perfect for pairing with light dishes, summery salads, and seafood.

Tasting Notes

Pale, salmon pink in colour. NOSE: A delicate fruit forward aroma of red berries, strawberry and raspberry. PALATE: Flavours of red berry abound with good balanced acidity and structure from the red fruit combined with a mouth-watering acidity and a lingering finish. Perfect with seafood and light pasta dishes.

About the Winery

Lyme Bay

Devon’s Lyme Bay Winery like to do things a little differently.

Since 2015 they’ve been working with some of the best English wine growers to create a selection of delicious and award-winning still and sparkling wines.

They are one of a very few UK wineries that work with growers all over the country to get the best fruit rather than owning their own vineyards. This gives the winemakers access to different grape varieties that grow better on different soils, and in different microclimates across the country, that they can use them to make exceptional, full of character still and sparkling wines that suit every palate and occasion.
