Product Notes

Miguel Torres Estelado Rosé is a sparkling wine from the Penedès region of Catalonia, Spain. This wine is made using the traditional method of sparkling wine production, also known as méthode champenoise. It is produced using a blend of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah grapes.

The wine exhibits a bright pink color with fine and persistent bubbles. Its aroma is subtle with fruity notes of fresh berries, cherries and raspberry. The palate is fresh and crisp with light acidity and flavors of red fruit.

This sparkling rose wine pairs well with seafood, light salads, mild cheeses and desserts. It has an alcohol content of 11.5% and is best served chilled, making it perfect for any occasion.

Tasting Notes

Pale rose colour, with fine and persistent bubbles. Hints of red and citrus fruits dominate on the nose. On the palate, fresh, lively, and genuine, characteristic of the ancestral País varietal.

About the Winery

Miguel Torres

Miguel Torres, a family-owned wine estate in Chile, has been in business for 30 years. Established in 1979, this company has been producing wines with utmost respect for the environment and terroirs where its grapes are grown. Miguel Torres was originally from Spain, but when he arrived at the Curico Valley in Chile in 1979, he knew that he had to start his winemaking business from there, because of the excellent soil quality and climate conditions of the location.

Currently, Miguel Torres and his team, have been focusing on making organic wines and have also got the Fair Trade Certification for the fair winemaking principles followed at the estate. Miguel Torres wines are made from grapes cultivated across some of the best wine regions in Chile such as the following:
