Product Notes

Mirabeau La Folie Sparkling Rosé is a delightful blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault grapes, with an elegantly fruity character. This French wine displays a pale salmon-pink hue, with a lively and persistent effervescence. On the nose, it offers a bouquet of fresh red fruits, such as raspberries, strawberries, and cherries, complemented by delicate floral notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a lively acidity that balances out the fruitiness, and a creamy mousse that adds a subtle richness to the wine. Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling rosé also pairs well with seafood, salads, and light summer dishes.

The French wine label of Mirabeau was founded in 2010 by the wine-enthusiastic couple, Stephen and Jeany Cronk. Theirs is an inspiring story as they started off their brand with nothing but unlimited passion to create top-quality wines that are enjoyed by people across the globe. They set up their label in Provence, France. 

This team’s winemaking philosophy is to use the best quality of fruit from the best vineyards in this region. As a result, they have deals with the expert local winegrowers of this place, so that they can source their fruits from the right place.

Provence is considered to be one of the best wine-producing places in the world. It enjoys pleasant sunshine all through the year and the soil quality found here is quite diverse. All of these factors play a vital role in producing fruits that are intense, aromatic and enjoyable. 

The team at Mirabeau wants to use only the best fruits for its wines; therefore, it has got into an agreement with almost all the experienced local wine growers in this area. Thanks to this deal, the brand now has access to over 2000 hectares in one of the most premium vineyards in the world, Cotes de Provence. 

The wine consultants and professionals at Mirabeau are so proficient that they know how to milk the potential of a particular terroir to produce high-quality fruits. Right from grape to glass, the viticultural methods followed here are quite elaborate and nothing is taken for granted. The popular Cuvees created here are:
