Product Notes

Vina Montes Alpha Casablanca Chardonnay is a smooth, fruity, and full-bodied wine that is a true representation of the Casablanca Valley in Chile. This wine is crafted using 100% Chardonnay grapes that are hand-selected and harvested at optimal ripeness to produce a wine that boasts of layered aromatics and flavors. The wine has a bright golden hue with a beautiful bouquet of apple, pear, and citrus notes along with hints of vanilla, cedar, and toasty oak. On the palate, the wine has a creamy texture with flavors of rich lemon, ripe apple, and a touch of spice that culminates in a long and satisfying finish. It pairs beautifully with seafood, poultry, and dishes with a creamy sauce.

Tasting Notes

A bright golden-yellow in colour, this wine displays vibrant aromas of tropical fruit such as pink grapefruit, papaya and lychee, with subtle notes of smoke and vanilla from time spent in French oak. The palate is juicy and fresh, with a vibrant acidity that complements the wine’s medium body and lengthens the finish.

This winery, with its natural extravaganza, is one of the most-visited tourist destinations in the Apalta Valley.

One of the best things of the Vina Montes winery located in La Finca de Apalta is that it is built using designs explained under the Feng Shui principles.
