On the palate, it exhibits a complex interplay of red and blue fruits—specifically wild strawberry and plum skins—complemented by savory, powdery tannins and a bright, balanced acidity that keeps the wine feeling "pert and alive". Further complexity is added by notes of blackberry conserve, garrigue herbs, and hints of espresso, leading to a plush yet well-structured finish
