VINVM is owned and operated by VINVM LTD.

Thank you for shopping at VINVM, this shipping policy applies to all products offered and published by VINVM on the following website: https://www.vinvm.co.uk

VINVM undertakes to deliver the product(s) in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. In order to optimise delivery, we would be grateful if the customer could indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours.

1. SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping cost may depend on the number of bottles purchased and the place of delivery of the order and will be calculated at checkout.

We deliver to all countries listed below. More details about shipping costs to each can be accessed through these links:

VINVM orders are dispatched and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday - 8 am - 5 pm). For security reasons, VINVM will not ship any orders to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will VINVM accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All our wines are stored in bonded warehouses located throughout the country. Once an order is received, we take the wine from the bonded warehouse where the product is stored to the bottling facility. This process usually takes between 1 and 4 working days.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays). Please note that this may be extended during holidays, launches, restocking, limited edition launches and promotions.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different. 

3. SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times will depend on the place of delivery of the order.

  • UK Mainland: All UK mainland orders are shipped on a next working day delivery service.
  • International orders or orders outside the UK mainland: Delivery times will depend on where the order is delivered and how quickly the package is processed and released by the relevant country's customs office.

4. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which will include the tracking number of your order. Please be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate carrier based on the tracking number provided for further assistance and information or contact us via our contact information for further information and assistance.

Any disputes must be raised within 7 days of parcel dispatch for UK orders and 30 days for orders being shipped outside the UK. 

5. TAXES 

All orders shipped outside the UK will be charged exclusive of VAT. International orders will be subject to VAT, alcohol taxes and customs duties in the receiving country.

Please note that for orders placed outside the UK, customs duties may apply depending on the customs laws of each country. The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties that may be imposed on their order upon entry into the destination country. Please check the customs situation in the receiving country regarding the importation of goods and the collection of customs duties before placing an order, as VINVM cannot provide you with this information.

VINVM is not responsible for the payment of any customs duties that may apply to your international orders, nor is VINVM responsible for packages returned or not delivered due to non-payment of such duties. Payment of any duties that may apply to your package is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.

In the event that the buyer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned to VINVM and the buyer requests a refund, the costs of shipping and returning the package to VINVM will be deducted from the refund.

6. DELAYS

VINVM is not responsible for delays in shipment or delivery due to force majeure, public order and natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, VINVM is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself or delays related to our drivers. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

7. SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered completed as soon as VINVM makes the product available to the buyer, which is possible thanks to the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to "completed" or "delivered".
