Product Notes

Bodega Norton Finca La Colonia Malbec is a rich and full-bodied red wine with intense flavors and a deep purple color. It is produced by Bodega Norton, one of the most respected wineries in Argentina. The grapes used in this wine are grown in the Finca La Colonia vineyard, which is located in the Uco Valley, one of the most prestigious wine regions in Mendoza. The wine is aged for twelve months in oak barrels, giving it a distinct smoky and spicy flavor, with notes of black fruit, vanilla and chocolate. This wine is perfect for pairing with red meat and grilled vegetables.

About the Winery

Bodega Norton

Located in the wine-rich Mendoza region of Argentina, Bodega Norton is an ancient and reputed winery that was established in 1895 by Sir Edmund James Palmer Norton. Almost 100 years later, in 1989, this wine label was acquired by a businessman from Austria, Gernot Langes-Swarovski. Today, the wines created by the Bodega Norton label are true representations of the character and flavour of the Argentinian grapes.
