Crafted by the illustrious winemakers of By Farr, this wine is fermented with natural yeasts and aged in French oak barrels for 11 months, revealing a spectacular blend of depth and flavor. The aroma of this white wine is imbued with subtle scents of vanilla and lime zest that blend to create a texturally impressive mouthfeel. The wine's flavorsome palate is both rich and complex, offering a range of flavors from ripe peach and nectarine to a hint of savory hazelnut. About the Winery

By Farr

Located at about 100km from Melbourne, the Farr Wine Estate is one of the oldest wine-growing regions in the Moorabool Valley. The place is blessed with a continental climate and volcanic soil quality. Due to this, the grapes produced here of premium quality with intense flavour and rich colour. In 1994, the estate was purchased by Gary and Robyn Farr. Four years later, they purchased some more land.
