A bright golden yellow in colour. On the nose aromas of fresh citrus, candied fruit and marmalade leap out of the glass and are married with subtle hints of rye bread spice. The palate is intense and layered, with flavours of dried fig, orange blossom and sweet spice. A mouthwatering acidity perfectly balances the sweetness and carries the flavours onto the remarkably long finish.

About the Winery

Château Laville

Located on the Saint Sulpice Plateau, this wine estate has a rich history that dates back to as early as the late 19th century. Though not much is known about the original owners, what we know is that the Faye family has been in control of the estate since 1956. Today, the younger generation of the Faye family is in control of the estate.
