Crystallum Litigo Pinot Noir is a gracious, refined wine that exhibits classic Pinot Noir characteristics. Sourced from carefully selected vineyards in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley estate, Western Cape, South Africa, this Pinot Noir features aromas of juicy dark cherries, subtle hints of jasmine, and refreshing red peppers. On the palate, it boasts a rich, complex structure with delicate flavors of ripe raspberries, blackberries, and plums. The balance of oak, tannins, and acidity makes for a silky texture with a long, refreshing finish. About the Winery

More often than not, the passion for wines will bring you back into the wine industry, regardless of how distant you are from the same. This is what happened with the Finlayson brothers in South Africa as well. Though they belonged to the third generation of the famous Finlayson winemakers in this area, they weren’t involved in the family’s winemaking business forever, like most other kids. While Andrew went on to study architecture, Peter-Allan pursued his studies in philosophy and economics at the Stellenbosch University. Though they studied completely different subjects, their love for winemaking united them.
