Produced in Spain's Rioja region, it is made from a blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, and Mazuelo grapes and aged for two years in oak barrels, followed by three years in bottle. This lengthy aging process gives rise to a rich, complex wine with aromas of black cherry, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a balanced acidity and ripe tannins. Flavors of dark fruit and oak are complemented with a long, smooth finish. C.V.N.E Cune Gran Reserva is a wine that is perfect for special occasions and pairs well with grilled meats and hearty stews.

About the Winery

Compania Vinicola de Norte de Espana (CVNE), or the Wine Company of Northern Spain is one of the famous Spanish wine labels established in 1879 in the Haro – The Rioja. Founded by two brothers, this company continues to produce high-quality wines and focuses on ageing them properly, though it is run by the founders' 5th generation today.
