It is crafted from handpicked Tempranillo grapes that undergo a rigorous vinification process before being aged in American and French oak barrels for a minimum of two years, followed by a further three years of bottle aging. This complex process results in a wine with a deep ruby color, an intense aroma of ripe black fruits, spices and vanilla, and a full body with tannins that are silky and refined. C.V.N.E Imperial Gran Reserva is a highly prized wine that pairs exceptionally well with grilled meats, hearty stews, and mature cheeses.

About the Winery

Compania Vinicola de Norte de Espana (CVNE), or the Wine Company of Northern Spain is one of the famous Spanish wine labels established in 1879 in the Haro – The Rioja. Founded by two brothers, this company continues to produce high-quality wines and focuses on ageing them properly, though it is run by the founders' 5th generation today.
