The wine is named after the famous Arabian Nights tales and is a blend of Nero d’Avola, Petit Verdot, and Syrah. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in oak barrels for 14 days before being aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels. The result is a deep ruby red wine that has a complex bouquet of black cherry, plum, vanilla, and spice. The silky tannins and balanced acidity make it perfect to pair with grilled meats, aged cheese, or dark chocolate desserts.
