Tasting Note

Displaying a beautiful, bright cherry red colour, this Wild Ferment Pinot Noir offers aromas of cherries, roses and a light touch of mushrooms, all framed by soft smoky tones. The palate is round showing lifted and fresh red fruit. Lovely spicy notes are complemented by hints of oak and great tension that ensures a full and lingering finish.

Product Notes

Errazuriz Wild Ferment Pinot Noir is a complex and beautifully balanced wine from Chile, made from hand-picked grapes grown in the Aconcagua Valley. The wine is fermented with wild yeasts, which gives it a unique and natural character, and aged in French oak barrels for ten months. It has a rich ruby red color and a nose of cherry, raspberry, and violets, with a hint of spice. On the palate, it is elegantly structured with soft tannins and a long, smooth finish, showcasing the delicious flavors of red berry fruit, earthy undertones, and a subtle touch of oak. This Pinot Noir is perfect to be enjoyed on its own or paired with grilled salmon, roasted chicken, or hearty vegetarian dishes that require a wine with vibrant acidity and versatility.
