Pale straw yellow in colour. The nose is vibrant, with notes of pineapple, ripe stone fruit, and guava, with honeysuckle and lemon blossom adding a floral lift. On the palate, concentrated citrus fruit and lees-aged creaminess.

Produced by Fairview Estate in South Africa, this Chenin Blanc is crafted from a carefully selected selection of vineyards across the Cape. These grapes are carefully fermented and matured to create a wine that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a variety of foods. Its crisp, acidity and citrusy character make it perfect for pairing with seafood, poultry, salads, or even spicy Thai cuisine. About the Winery

Fairview

Located in the Paarl region in the province of Western Cape, the South African Fairview wine brand is owned by Charles Back, who also owns other popular brands such as Goats Do Roam Wine Company and The Spice Route Winery. In 1902, Charles Louis Back purchased the current Fairview wine estate and property from its previous owner. Today, the Back family’s Fairview farm covers 320 hectares, out of which 12o hectares are under vines.
