Tasting Note

The Scopeto is a fruity and mineral white wine, pleasant and easy drinking, produced from Ansonica and Vermentino grapes cultivated in the Isola del Giglio. It smells like different flowers, citrus and white fruits. The taste is juicy, fresh and fruity, characterised by a typical mineral note.

Product Notes

Bibi Graetz Scopeto is a luscious red wine crafted with great care and reverence by Bibi Graetz, a renowned Italian winemaker. Made primarily from Sangiovese grapes, this wine is named after the Scopeto vineyard, from where the grapes are sourced. This wine has a deep ruby-red color with an intense bouquet of ripe cherries, plums, and spices. The palate is rich and full-bodied with a good balance of fruit and acidity. The oak aging gives it a velvety texture and a long, smooth finish. Bibi Graetz Scopeto is a wine of the highest quality and is best enjoyed with hearty Italian dishes, grilled meats, or strong cheeses.

About the Winery

Bibi Graetz

Bibi Graetz is one of the classic Italian wines to have been founded recently. This label was established in 2000 in a beautiful hilly region of Fiesole, located on top of Florence. Though he was born in a family of art lovers, Bibi was quite keen on winemaking right from a young age, and turned his passion into a profession in 2000, when he set up his own wine label.
