Product Notes
Black Stallion Estate Winery's Bucephalus Red Blend is a rich and full-bodied wine that is a blend of five different varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. The wine is named after the legendary horse of Alexander the Great, Bucephalus, which is fitting as this wine is just as revered and esteemed. The Black Stallion Estate Winery hand-selects the grapes for this blend from their finest vineyards to ensure optimal ripeness and flavor. The resulting wine is deep and dark in color with aromas of black cherry, plum, and baking spices. On the palate, the Bucephalus Red Blend is full-bodied with flavors of blackberry, cassis, and hints of leather and tobacco. The long finish leaves a lasting impression of complex flavors and tannins.
