Chanin Wine Co. produces high quality Chardonnay wines that are both complex and refreshing. The Sanford & Benedict Vineyard Chardonnay is a prime example of their passion for excellence. The grapes for this wine come from one of the oldest and most respected vineyards in Santa Barbara County, and are hand-harvested before being gently pressed and aged in French oak barrels for nine months. The resulting wine is bright and aromatic, with notes of white peach, lemon, and lime zest. On the palate, the wine is rich and creamy, with flavors of tropical fruit and hints of vanilla. The finish is long and satisfying, making it a perfect accompaniment to seafood and other light dishes. Overall, the Sanford & Benedict Vineyard Chardonnay is a beautifully complex wine that showcases the unique terroir of the Santa Barbara County region.

The company focuses on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varieties of grapes grown in Santa Barbara County, the perfect ground to produce the Burgundian grape varieties. The wines are made from grapes in one vineyard, which allows them to create balanced wines with low alcohol levels. The company focuses more on producing an authentic wine experience than on commercial gains. It keeps away from all winemaking additives, excess alcohol and modern wine filtering machines.
