This rosé is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault grapes, grown in the sunny vineyards of Minuty estate located in the heart of Provence, France. The wine is named after the estate's parcel number 281, where the vines are planted on a hilly terrain surrounded by pine trees and olive groves, which impart a unique flavor to the wine. The wine has a beautiful pale pink hue and aromas of peaches, raspberries, and citrus fruits. It has a refreshing acidity, along with a soft and fruity finish, making it an ideal accompaniment to seafood, salads, and grilled vegetables.

Château Minuty

Located in the scenic Saint Tropez Peninsula in the Provencal village of Gassin, the Chateau Minuty is a classic, family-owned wine estate that has been making exceptional wines for the last 80 years. The Mattan-Farnet Family established this estate in 1936. In a few years, Gabriel Farnet replanted the entire estate and resorted Chateau Minuty to its original glory, as this was quite a celebrated place under Napoleon III’s rule.
