Decoy

Established in 1985, Decoy has built its reputation on crafting approachable, high-quality wines sourced from outstanding vineyards, including its own Ridgeline and Brownell Estate sites in Alexander Valley. What began as a focused project has evolved into a broad portfolio featuring Sonoma County Red Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, alongside a California Rosé.

The wines are overseen by winemaker Dana Epperson, whose experience across a wide range of grape varieties brings consistency and precision to the range. As part of The Duckhorn Portfolio, Decoy also benefits from the shared expertise of the winemaking teams behind Duckhorn Vineyards, Goldeneye and Paraduxx, each contributing specialist knowledge and a distinct perspective to the collection.
