Tasting Note

Intense straw yellow color tone. The scent reveals fresh floral hints of hawthorn, exotic fruits like mango and papaya, honey and almost iodine notes. The palate shows a good balance, with a vivid freshness always accompanied by subtle mineral veins, which remain also in the endowment endowment.

Made from the indigenous grape variety of Pecorino, this wine is characterized by its intense floral and citrus aromas with a delicious hint of minerality. It has a crisp acidity and a lively finish that makes it a perfect pairing for seafood and fresh vegetables. The winery producing this wine, Fattoria La Valentina, is committed to creating wines with a strong sense of terroir that reflect the unique microclimate and soil characteristics of their vineyards. Overall, Pecorini Colline Pescaresi is a delightful and refreshing wine that offers a true taste of Italy.

About the Winery

Fattoria La Valentina

Located in Pescara in the central part of Italy, the La Valentina Estate overlooks the beautiful Spoltore. Sabatino and Roberto e Andrea Di Properzio established this estate in 1994. The owners were quite passionate about winemaking, and they learnt a lot through their experience working in the Saint Teresa Vineyards nearby.
