This wine is straw yellow in colour with golden highlights and a fine and persistent perlage. It has a very complex nose with aromas of candied citron, quince jam and floral notes, with hints of salt and bread. The palate is mellow with a balancing refreshing acidity and notes of white pepper and dried apricots. The finish is long and persistent.

The wine is aged for at least five years resulting in a smooth and elegant taste. Pours a beautiful pale straw color with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe pear, citrus and acacia flowers. On the palate, it's dry and refreshing, offering flavors of green apple, lemon zest, and a hint of toast. The Ferrari Perlé Bianco Riserva is a perfect companion for seafood, pasta with light sauces, and white meats. Its refined character makes it a suitable wine for special occasions or as a gift.
