Tasting Note

Aromas of lemon, peaches and tropical fruits give way to pure clean flavours on the palate. Fine, persistent flavours with balanced acid and long finish. An exceptionally elegant wine, showing the benefit of careful oak treatment.

Product Notes

Larry Cherubino Pedestal Chardonnay is an exemplary wine that showcases the essence of Western Australia's Great Southern region. With a nod to tradition and a contemporary touch, this wine embodies elegance and sophistication. The nose reveals captivating aromas of toasted hazelnuts and citrus blossoms, interwoven with subtle hints of vanilla and oak. On the palate, a beautiful balance is struck between ripe stone fruit and vibrant acidity, with a creamy texture and well-integrated layers of butter and toasted brioche. This Chardonnay's lengthy finish leaves a lingering impression of exquisite craftsmanship and a testament to Larry Cherubino's winemaking prowess. Perfect for those seeking a refined and indulgent wine experience.

About the Winery

Larry Cherubino

The Australian wine label of Larry Cherubino is the product of the winemaking passion of a couple, who had enough winemaking experiences in the past. The seed to this brand was first sown in the year 2004, when Larry and Edwina decided to give a new dimension to their passion. They purchased their first plot of land in the year 2004 to grow their own vines and create unique wines; there has been no looking back, ever since, as the couple has managed to expand their acreage by a considerable extent to date.
