Tasting Note

Delicately perfumed notes of acacia honey give way to a full and rounded mid-palate with beautiful texture. The finish is distinguished by its mineral character, bringing both tension and a saline note.

About the Winery

Olivier Leflaive

Olivier Leflaive Winery is a prestigious Burgundy producer, renowned for crafting some of the region’s most elegant white and red wines. Located in Puligny‑Montrachet, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, the estate sits amidst some of Burgundy’s most celebrated vineyard sites. The Leflaive family has a winemaking legacy dating back to 1717, and the modern Olivier Leflaive estate was founded in 1984 by Olivier Leflaive, a member of the 18th generation of this historic family. Olivier initially co-managed the famed Domaine Leflaive before establishing his own négociant and estate wines to showcase both family-owned and carefully selected grower vineyards.
