Product Notes

Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Auslese is produced in the world-renowned Mosel wine region of Germany. The grapes are carefully hand-selected and fermented in stainless steel tanks, before being aged in oak barrels for several months. This Auslese is made from the Riesling grape, which is known for its fresh acidity and a balance of sweetness, making it a perfect dessert wine. It is pale yellow in colour, with an aromatic bouquet of stone fruit, white flowers, and honey. The palate is intense, with flavours of apricot, peach, and citrus, along with a hint of minerality. This wine finishes with a long and refreshing acidic tang. It is a perfect match for foie gras, blue cheese, or fresh fruit desserts.
