Undoubtedly one of the most respected growers, the estate is situated on the River Mosel side near to Bernkastel, Wonderfully fresh and floral Riesling with perfect balance between grapey fruit, with citrus and blossom notes and good long farewell.

Weingut Selbach-Oster Riesling Trocken is a refreshing white wine that perfectly balances sweetness and acidity. Its nose is aromatic with fresh lime, passionfruit, and stone fruit notes. The palate is dry with flavors of green apple, citrus, and mineral, which make it a perfect accompaniment for seafood, salads, and spicy Asian dishes. Made by the Selbach-Oster winery, one of the most renowned Riesling producers in Germany with a history dating back to the 1600s, this wine is made from fully ripened grapes grown on the steep slate slopes of the Mosel river valley. The result is a crisp and zesty wine that offers a harmonious interplay between fruit, acidity, and minerality.
