Wildman Wine

Wildman Wine is an unconventional Australian wine label founded by British-born Master of Wine Tim Wildman, whose playful approach combines serious winemaking with bold branding and a passion for alternative styles. Based around South Australia's Riverland and Adelaide Hills regions, the project challenges traditional wine conventions with vibrant, approachable wines designed for adventurous drinkers.

Wildman established his label after developing extensive experience in the international wine trade, bringing a particular enthusiasm for minimal-intervention winemaking and Australia's diverse grape varieties. His wines are produced in collaboration with local growers and winemakers, with an emphasis on expressive fruit, freshness and individuality.

The portfolio is best known for Astro Bunny, a lively pét-nat rosé, and Piggy Pop, a characterful sparkling red, both made using the ancestral method. These distinctive wines showcase Wildman's experimental spirit, combining bright fruit, gentle bubbles and refreshing acidity.
