Tasting Note

The PF Shiraz is a preservative free, fruit-driven Shiraz that is intentionally produced to be enjoyed as a young wine. The grapes are grown without herbicides, fungicides or synthetic chemicals and no additions of any kind are used in the winemaking process, such as sulphur (preservative), acid, tannin or finings. The PF Shiraz is medium bodied, showcasing fresh and vibrant fruit characters.

Product Notes

Yangarra Estate Vineyard PF Natural Shiraz is an exceptional expression of Australian winemaking at its finest. Made with minimal intervention and no added sulfites, this organic wine is a true reflection of the terroir from which it came. The Shiraz grapes are handpicked from the limestone-rich soils of McLaren Vale, resulting in a wine that is full-bodied and complex with notes of dark fruits, spice, and earth. The palate is rich and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a long, lingering finish. This wine is perfect for those seeking a truly natural and authentic wine experience.

About the Winery

Yangarra Estate Vineyard

Yangarra Estate Vineyard Winery is a treasure nestled in the McLaren Vale wine region of South Australia. It holds a captivating history spanning over 75 years since its establishment by Bernard Smart in 1946. The winery owes its name to Smarts wife, Yangarra. Originally the estate was utilised for farming. Smart quickly recognized its exceptional potential for grape cultivation and planted the first vines in 1947.
