Zilliken Saarburger Rausch Riesling Kabinett is a premium white wine that comes from the Saar region of Germany. It is made from 100% Riesling grapes, which are carefully grown on the steep slopes of the Saar river. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks, which helps to preserve the delicate flavors and aromas of the grapes. The resulting wine is a beautiful pale yellow color with a floral bouquet and aromas of citrus and stone fruits. On the palate, it offers a slight sweetness with a crisp and refreshing acidity. The history of Zilliken begins with the traces and roots of the Zilliken family and continues to do so to date. The family’s vine-growing and wine-making past goes back as early as 1742. It starts with the early generations working selflessly in Ockfen and Saarburg.
