In the United States, there is Zin Heaven Winery which was created by John Smith in 1985. For a long time, the winery had other owners until Sarah Johnson bought it in 1998 and has since been continuing with the tradition of making superior quality wines. The name "Zin Heaven" derives from the divine taste and calibre of the Zinfandel fruit that is cultivated at the vineyard.
