Tasting Note

Notes of tomato leaves, sage, Cantaloupe (melon) and quince at the first sniff. Followed by intriguing hints of honey and hay, yet a note of yeast and dough raises from the glass. The entrance is voluptuous and tight, yellow plum and pineapple enrich the palate with a sleek acidity. Clean-cut and savory on the mineral-laced finish.

Product Notes

Gaja IDDA Bianco is an exquisite white wine blend from the famed Gaja winery in Piedmont, Italy. Named after the ancient Sardinian symbol of life and renewal, IDDA is a unique blend of native Sardinian grape varieties, including Vermentino and Malvasia. The wine is pale yellow in color and displays aromas of citrus fruits, pear, and almond. On the palate, the wine is crisp and refreshing, with flavors of lemon, lime, and mineral notes. The wine has a beautiful complexity and a long, elegant finish. Gaja IDDA Bianco is perfect for pairing with seafood dishes, salads, or light appetizers. It is a great choice for anyone who loves high-quality Italian white wines with a distinct character.
