Graham Beck Cuvée Clive is one of South Africa's most celebrated wines, named after the late owner of the respected wine estate. A superb example of the country's premium sparkling wine, Cuvée Clive is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in Robertson, a region with a cool maritime climate ideal for producing top-quality bubbles. The wine is made using the traditional method, with extended lees aging to create its signature creamy, biscuity notes and a fine mousse. It boasts a brilliant golden hue and offers aromas of green apple, citrus, and hints of toasted oak. On the palate, it is elegant and refined, with a dry, refreshing finish.
