Tasting Note

Pale lemon in the glass, it opens with aromas of baked pear, apple crumble, and warm baking spices, leading into a beautifully layered palate of poached pear, fresh lime, and star anise. A lively acidity balances the lightly textural mouthfeel, finishing long and bright. Refined, expressive, and full of character.

Product Notes

Huia Pinot Gris is a deliciously crisp and refreshing white wine that hails from the Marlborough region of New Zealand. It is made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes that are carefully hand-harvested and gently pressed to extract the juice. The resulting wine is pale gold in color and has a lovely bouquet of ripe pear, apple, and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced with a subtle sweetness and a vibrant acidity, leading to a long and lingering finish. Huia Pinot Gris is a perfect wine to pair with seafood, salads, and creamy pasta dishes. It is best served chilled and enjoyed with good company.
