Product Notes

Humberto Canale Old Vineyard Riesling is a premium white wine from the Patagonia region of Argentina. The wine has a pale yellow color with greenish hues, and it offers a complex aroma of white flowers, citrus fruit, and minerality. On the palate, it has a medium body with refreshing acidity and a long finish with hints of tropical fruit. This Riesling is made from grapes sourced from old vines that produce a lower yield but more concentrated flavors. It is an excellent choice for pairing with seafood, spicy dishes, or creamy cheeses. Overall, Humberto Canale Old Vineyard Riesling is an elegant and sophisticated wine that showcases the unique terroir of Patagonia.

About the Winery

Humberto Canale

The history of Bodega Humberto Canale, the Argentinian wine label dates back to as early as 1909. It was during this time that Engineer Humberto Canale realised the potential of the Alto Valle del Rio Negro region, when he started doing some irrigation work on it. Today, 11 decades and 5 generations later, this is one of the most respected wine labels in Argentina, the country where people are quite particular about their wines.
