Inniskillin Niagara Vidal Sparkling Icewine is a premium dessert wine made from frozen Vidal grapes grown in Niagara, Canada. It is a rare and luxurious treat, as only a small fraction of the grapes harvested can be used to make this wine due to the challenging conditions required to produce it. The wine has a vibrant golden color with aromas of honey, apricot, and spice. On the palate, it is rich and complex, with intense flavors of tropical fruit and caramel, perfectly balanced by bright acidity and a refreshing, effervescent finish. It is an ideal pairing for desserts, especially those featuring fruit and cream.

About the Winery

Inniskillin

It was in the year 1974 that Donald Ziraldo planted the first vines of Riesling, Chardonnay and Gamay in the Okanagan Estate Winery. This vineyard, spread across 30 acres, was later acquired by Albrecht Seeger in 1978 and has been managed by his family since then.
