Tasting Note

Almost transparent in colour, this wine shows great purity and refinement. A fragrant bouquet, with flavours of lemon peel and bath salts all carried along by a soft texture, a long fine acidity and a persistent finish.

Product Notes

Larry Cherubino Ad Hoc Wallflower Riesling is a delightful wine that showcases the best of Western Australia's Great Southern region. This crisp and refreshing Riesling has a beautiful pale straw color with green hues, and aromas of citrus blossom, green apple, and lemon zest. On the palate, flavors of lime, grapefruit, and white peach are balanced by a subtle minerality and vibrant acidity. The finish is long and lingering, leaving a mouthwatering citrusy impression. Perfect for any occasion, this wine pairs wonderfully with seafood, Asian cuisine, or simply enjoyed on its own. Larry Cherubino's Ad Hoc Wallflower Riesling is a true standout in the world of Australian wines.

About the Winery

Larry Cherubino

The Australian wine label of Larry Cherubino is the product of the winemaking passion of a couple, who had enough winemaking experiences in the past. The seed to this brand was first sown in the year 2004, when Larry and Edwina decided to give a new dimension to their passion. They purchased their first plot of land in the year 2004 to grow their own vines and create unique wines; there has been no looking back, ever since, as the couple has managed to expand their acreage by a considerable extent to date.
