Bright straw yellow colour, fine and long-lasting perlage. Hints of apples and citrus fruit on the nose. Palate soft and attractive with ripe fruit flavours. Dry and very clean on the finish.

This elegant and refreshing bubbly has a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and relatively fine perlage that emphasize its freshness. Aromatically, it is enticing with floral and fruity notes, with hints of apple, pear, and citrus, displaying the mineral character of this special area of Veneto. The taste is medium-bodied, juicy, and pleasantly dry, with a balanced structure and lively acidity that linger on the palate, leaving a clean and crisp finish.
