Tasting Note

Visually presenting a clear, light and bright yellow, fruit of its youth. Outstanding on the nose due its potency, with fresh tropical fruit aromas over a white floral background. On the palate it has a balanced acidity that ensures its freshness, along with a long and lingering finish.

Product Notes

Named after the famous Hollywood restauranteur, Jean Leon, the 3055 Chardonnay is a luscious and complex wine from the Penedès region in Spain. Made with a blend of Chardonnay grapes that are hand-harvested and carefully selected, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 6-8 months, resulting in a balanced and elegant palate. On the nose, the wine exhibits floral and tropical aromas, with hints of vanilla and spice. On the palate, flavors of ripe peach, pineapple, and honey are complemented by a refreshing acidity and a long and silky finish. This wine is perfect for pairing with seafood, poultry, or soft cheeses.
