Produced by the renowned Querciabella vineyard, this wine epitomizes the essence of Chianti Classico with its elegant, deep ruby color and aromas of cherry, blackberry, and dark chocolate. The palate is well structured with firm but finely balanced tannins that give a persistent finish. An organic and biodynamic wine, Querciabella Chianti Classico DOCG is produced with minimal intervention, resulting in a wine that is clean, pure, and expressive of the terroir. This wine pairs well with grilled meats, pasta, and aged cheese.

About the Winery

Querciabella

The history and story of Querciabella began in 1974 when wine lover and industrial entrepreneur, Giuseppe (Pepito) Castiglioni, purchased a single hectare of land on a hillside in Tuscany. He poured all his dreams and aspirations into the plot, expanding it significantly and increasing its fame. Giuseppe wishes to produce rich and elegant wines from grape varieties such as Sangiovese, Burgundy, Merlot, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc, and Bordeaux. It was what set the basis for the establishment and growth of Querciabella.
