Product Notes

Tormaresca Trentangeli Castel del Monte DOC is a premium red wine from the Puglia region of southern Italy. Made from a blend of three local grape varieties, Nero di Troia, Aglianico and Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is a testament to the unique terroir and climate of the region. The nose is marked by ripe cherries, plums, blackberries, and a hint of vanilla, followed by a full-bodied palate complete with silky tannins and a lengthy finish. This wine is produced by Tormaresca, a renowned winery that adheres to strict organic and sustainable viticulture practices. It is a perfect wine to pair with hearty meat dishes and aged cheeses.

About the Winery

Tormaresca

Known as the name behind the Modern Renaissance of Puglia in the winemaking industry. The Tormaresca wine label was established in the year 1998 by the Antinori Family. A prime reason for establishing this brand was to bring out the maximum potential of the rich terroirs found in the Murgia Alo Salento regions in Apulia. Until the establishment of Tormaresca, the Apulia region was only known for the quantity of grapes it produced and not the quality. This changed after 1998!
