Product Notes

Sartori Regolo Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso DOC is a red wine that comes from the Veneto region in Italy. This wine is made from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes that are carefully picked and fermented. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months before it undergoes a unique "ripasso" process. This involves adding the grape skins and lees of the dried grapes used to make Amarone into the wine, which gives it a rich and complex flavor. The resulting wine has aromas of dried fruit, spices, and vanilla, with a full-bodied palate of dark fruit flavors and a long, smooth finish.
