Skillogalee The Cabernets is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes grown in the Clare Valley region of South Australia. The wine has a deep ruby red color with aromas of blackcurrant, spice, and chocolate with undertones of vanilla oak. The palate is an elegant balance of ripe fruit flavors, fine tannins, and subtle acidity. The ripe structure gives it excellent cellaring potential. The wine pairs well with beef, lamb, and stronger cheeses.
