Product Notes

Telmo Rodriguez Mountain Blanco is an exceptional wine with a character that reflects the unique terroir of the Sierra de Gredos, a mountain range in central Spain. Made from the Albillo grape variety, it offers a complex and delicate aroma, with floral notes and hints of honey and spices. On the palate, this wine is rich and layered, with a perfect balance of acidity and minerality. It is a brilliant example of the potential of Albillo in this region, and it is evident in its unmatched elegance and finesse. This wine is perfect for pairing with a variety of dishes, from seafood to roasted meats, and is a must-try for any wine lover.

About the Winery

Telmo Rodriguez

Telmo Rodriguez is a Spanish wine label that has a 30-year old history. The first wines of this label were created in 1994 from the Garnacha grapes grown in the ancient town of Navarra in Sada. Though the group started with Garnacha varietals, they slowly started moving to other international varietals like Cabernet and Merlot in the next few years.  In the 1990s, the winemaking team at Telmo Rodriguez conducted a lot of research in the Arribes Del Duero region. As a result of this research, the experts founded a rare variety of grape varietal in this region – the Juan Garcia.
