Product Notes

Tommasi Le Fornaci Rosé is a refreshing Italian wine that exudes a brilliant pink color reminiscent of peach blossoms in the spring. It boasts a delicate bouquet of red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, with a hint of flowery notes. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with a pleasant acidity that balances the subtle sweetness of the fruit. Crafted from Corvina and Rondinella grapes grown in the Veneto region of Italy, Le Fornaci Rosé is a versatile wine that pairs perfectly with light summertime dishes, salads, and seafood. It's an ideal wine for casual gatherings with friends, sunny afternoons, and lazy weekends.

Tasting Notes

Pale pink hue, with highlights reminiscent of rose petals, introduces a rich bouquet: fragrant and fine, with aromas of pink grapefruit, peach blossom, mineral hints, and mandarin orange zest. IVibrant and fresjh with notes of citrus zest. Mouthwatering finish.

About the Winery

Tommasi

Tommasi was founded in 1902 and is located in Pedemonte, in the heart of the historic Valpolicella Classico region. From grandfather Giacomo’s small vineyard holding, the Tommasi estate has developed over the years becoming one of the most recognised producers of Valpolicella and Lugana. The family owns vineyards in some of the prime hillside sites in the region and it is now managed by the 4th generation of the Tommasi family. An attentive ear to change, respect of place, and high-quality production are three driving factors that put Tommasi among Italy’s leading producers. Their expertise in crafting classic Amarone, reached the pinnacle in the newly launched De Buris project, a single vineyard, long aged expression of Amarone.
