Tasting Note

Vibrant aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, and star anise all unfold to reveal an impressive array of underlying fruit flavours. Dense, succulent dark fruits with layers of licorice, plum, black olive, earth, white pepper and Asian spice. These complex yet elegant flavours are all neatly interwoven with a perfect balance of acidity and supple, silky tannins.

Product Notes

Torbreck The Steading is a highly sought-after wine, known for its full-bodied richness and complex flavors. The wine is crafted by blending Grenache, Shiraz, and Mataro grapes in a unique and exquisite way, creating a wine that is deeply fruity, spicy, and gamey. The nose exhibits spicy and floral aromas, with hints of black figs, licorice, and prune. The palate is dense and full-bodied, with plush tannins and flavors of black cherry, plum, and dark chocolate. The finish is long and lingering, leaving behind flavors of spice and dried fruits. This wine is an excellent choice for lovers of bold red blends, pairing well with grilled meats, stews, and hearty vegetarian fare.
