Tasting Note

Herbal and spicy notes give way to an intense expression of fresh raspberries and cherries with subtle hints of green pepper and a fine, granitic minerality. Notes of dark chocolate intermingled with sweet berries lead to refined, smooth tannins and a vibrant acidity that lends a fresh, juicy mouthfeel.

Product Notes

Undurraga T.H. Terroir Hunter Carmenère is a red wine from the famous Chilean region of Maipo Valley. Made from 100% Carmenère grapes, this wine has an intense aroma of black fruits, such as plum and blackcurrant, blended with spices and notes of vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with elegant tannins and a long, persistent finish. This wine was created using the Terroir Hunter concept, which aims to express the unique characteristics of a specific terroir, or environment, through the wine. That’s why it is a perfect representation of the Maipo Valley, one of the most famous wine regions in Chile. Enjoy it with red meat, spicy dishes, or strong cheeses.
