Tasting Note

This is an aromatically complex wine with different layers, revealing notes of candied orange peel, orange blossom, lime, sponge cake and dried fruit. The palate is broad and well-structured but tense at the same time. It is very fresh, with special persistence and there is a saline note in the finish that is characteristic of the wines from this area of the Atacama Desert.

Product Notes

Ventisquero Tara Viognier 5th Edition is a white wine made from the Viognier grape variety from the Atacama Desert in Chile. The wine has a light, pale straw color, and a fragrant bouquet of tropical fruits like mango, lime, and peach, along with hints of jasmine and honey. On the palate, the wine is crisp with refreshing acidity and a well-balanced mouthfeel. The flavors of apricot, melon, and vanilla are complemented by a subtle oak influence, leading to a long and lingering finish. This wine pairs perfectly with spicy dishes, seafood, and creamy pastas. It is a limited edition wine, and each bottle is numbered to showcase its exclusivity.
