Williams Selyem Bucher Vineyard Pinot Noir is a red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Bucher Vineyard in the Russian River Valley AVA of California. Its color is a deep ruby red with aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it delivers flavors of dark cherry, plum, and red currant with a hint of cocoa and oak. Its supple tannins and balanced acidity lead to a long, lingering finish. This wine pairs well with roasted lamb, pork, mushroom risotto, and grilled salmon. It can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 8-10 years.
