Product Notes

Trapiche Melodías Winemakers Selection Chardonnay is a delightful wine that showcases the best qualities of the Chardonnay grape. Produced by one of Argentina's most respected wineries, this wine is characterized by its vibrant yellow color and its aromas of pineapple, peach, and vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with a touch of sweetness that balances the wine's acidity. The finish is refreshing and long-lasting, with notes of tropical fruit and a touch of floral elegance. Perfect on its own or paired with light seafood dishes, this Chardonnay is a great choice for those who appreciate a well-crafted wine that is both refreshing and complex.

About the Winery

Trapiche

Trapiche, located in the extremely wine-rich region of Mendoza in Argentina, is a winery that was set up during 1883. This area comprises of over 1000 hectares and it is not surprising to know that this winery is the largest wine producer in Argentina. When Tiburcio Benegas bought the Trapiche winery during the 1880s, it was only a very small vineyard. Today, the place, owned by Grupo Penaflor, encompasses many vineyards from the Mendoza region.
